About the Author: Craig Tschetter served as a US Marine in Vietnam from November 1967 until July 1969. His unit—India Company of the Third Battalion, Fifth Regiment of the First Marine Division—served close to the border with North Vietnam and fought in absolutely harrowing circumstances.
